1 Introduction and Acceptance

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

When creating an account on jiy9, you must provide genuine and accurate information. Registering with false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds. The account is strictly personal and must not be shared with anyone else.

3.2 Password Security

3.3 Account Closure

If jiy9 suspects any fraudulent, money laundering, or deceptive activity on an account, it reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account without notice. Associated funds may also be forfeited in such cases.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jiy9 is ৳200. We support the following payment methods:

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The name on your account and the name on the payment method must match at the time of deposit. Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount from jiy9 is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal. If verification is delayed, the withdrawal may also be delayed.

  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
  • Withdrawals may be limited until account verification is complete.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on jiy9 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. A total wagering of 25 times (25x) must be completed before withdrawing the welcome bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus may have its own expiry, wagering requirements, and game restrictions.
  • A bonus is applicable only once per account, unless otherwise stated.
  • Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
  • jiy9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
  • Unused bonus balance will be cancelled after the bonus expiry date.

5.3 VIP Program

jiy9 has 5 VIP tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

  • Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
  • Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
  • Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
  • Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's activity and loyalty on the platform. jiy9 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Policy

All bets placed on jiy9 are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, jiy9 reserves the right to settle according to the correct odds.

6.2 Permitted Activities

jiy9 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, tennis, and kabaddi, as well as various casino games including slots, fishing games, and live casino. Users must play these games for legitimate purposes only.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jiy9:

  • Any form of cheating, manipulation, or use of automated bots.
  • Bonus abuse or attempting to gain advantages through multiple accounts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Attempting to interfere with or damage the platform's security systems.
  • Participating in match fixing or any illegal sporting activities.

7 Limitation of Liability

jiy9 is not responsible for the following:

  • Any loss caused by technical issues, server outages, or internet disconnections.
  • Financial losses resulting from a user's gaming decisions.
  • Delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways.
  • Any loss resulting from security vulnerabilities in the user's own device or network.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiy9 website — logos, graphics, text, software, databases, and other materials — is intellectual property owned by jiy9. Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from jiy9 is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others is subject to their respective copyright policies.
